Terms of Service

These terms are demo content for the fictional product Northlight. Replace them with terms written for your own product and reviewed by a lawyer.

1. Using the service

You may use Northlight to analyze data you are allowed to access. You are responsible for the accounts in your workspace and for keeping your credentials safe.

2. Your data

Your data stays yours. Northlight accesses your data sources with the permissions you grant and stores only the answers you choose to save.

3. Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the service is uninterrupted or error-free, except where a separate agreement says so.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
